Description

VANTERM Fan chambers are used as a complementary partof the filtration projects with VANTERM dust collectors. They are mostly used to control and capture the smoke and dust in production halls.  High efficiency backward curved radial ventilators are used in the fan chambers.  The ventilators used in the VANTERM fan chambers, are statically and dynamically balanced in G2.5 or G6.3 quality according to ISO 1940 standard by VANTERM talented craftsman.  VFD driven and automatic PID control of the fan speed with pressure transmitter enables energy saving.  The fan chamber service door is equipped with safety switch, which avoids unauthorized personnel to enter in during operation.  The ventilator is equipped with vibration sensor to guarantee a long life-time for the ventilator and the bearings. All the components used in the fan chambers (bearings, pulleys, belts …etc.) are from internationally well-known companies and available world-wide such as SKF, FAG etc.
