The VTB600 HT series butterlfy va;ves without seat ring in metal and according to class III to EN1349 and ASME B16.104 can be used as a control or damper valve. Suitable for temperatures up to 600 degrees Celcius and a pressure of 2 bar. DN50 up to DB 600 in wafer type, DN 700 up to DN 100 double flanged. Also complete with pneumatic- or electric actuator are availanle quickly. MAIN FEATURES - - Butterfly Valve with soft seal in métal material and tighteening sealing III class controlled according to EN1349 andASMEB16.104. - - Stem with mechanical connection in the dise. - - Stem seals in graphite. - - Working pressure max. 2 bar. - - Angular rotation of 90°. - - Suitable for PN6-10-16-ANSI150 flanges according to UNI EN1092-1 andASME B16.5. - - The valve can be mounted in both direction’s flow. - - Top mounting according to DIN-ISO 5211. - - Face to face according to EN558:2008. - - Wafer type from Dn50 up to Dn600 included, Double flange from Dn700 up to DnIOOO included. - - Spécial painting for high températures (only for carbon Steel).
