The Vapormatt Tiger is the ultimate linear format wet blasting, rinsing and drying system. It is suitable for the most sophisticated and demanding of high capacity production environments and provides maximum levels of process control and consistency. It successfully combines several process steps into one automated unit. The Tiger automatically loads, wet blasts, rinses, dries and unloads components. Each of the process steps can be varied so a series of recipes can be developed, stored and used at will so that different effects can be applied to component batches according to requirement. Components are held in industry standard style pallets. These are transported by conveyor belts through the complete process cycle. Up to 20 component trays / pallets can be stored in the auto load unit to allow for unattended operation.
