A X-ray inspection system specific for the bulk food industry is available: the IRIX DVS BULK. This equipment has a vertical beam without curtain to inspect unpackaged products. IRIX DVS BULK equipment is used in bulk production lines with products such as legumes, vegetables and nuts, since its robust structure is designed and adapted for the specific environments of this type of product. Its advanced X-ray technology achieves exceptional detection levels of ferric and non-ferrous material, stainless steel, glass and stones. They also simultaneously verify product damage, breakage, mass measurement with estimated weight, and item count within the product.
