Gas delivery system GSDS-Series

Veeco's Gas Source Delivery Systems (GSDS) are primarily utilized for control operations of Veeco MBE gas sources. They may also be used for accurate control of gases and interlocks, and monitoring processes for a range of gas types. These devices feature Molly® ECS1 Growth Control Software systems that allow quick integration to the exiting systems. The Gas Source Delivery Systems are available in 3 model configurations, specifically designed and manufactured to comply with customer demands, application requirements, and budgets. All packages include manual gas line shutoff valves for every circuit, gas filter purifiers, and mass flow controllers. Pneumatically operated run-and-vent-valves are also provided.
