Combined Skinning Machines
The combined skinning machines are attached to the filleting machines and can be either mechanical or computer controlled. They have two separate skinning units that are designed to maximise throughput and up-time. With a purchase of a skinning machine, two extra units are included, so that when a unit has to be maintained it can easily be switched out in 3-5 minutes for the spare one. That way we manage to ensure continuous production at all times. The combined skinning machines are available in combination with all our filleting machinery: the mechanical M700, the computer controlled M705 as well as for large fish M725.

Standalone skinning machines
The standalone skinning machines have the same features as the combined versions, the only difference being the different placement. Land-based processors traditionally prefer standalone versions, while trawlers with their space restrictions prefer the combined skinning machines.
The standalone skinning machines are available as both single and double unit machines.

A New and Unique Approach Ensures:
•Better treatment of raw material
•Better overall yield and fillet quality
•Maximum processing ability and performance
The M800 Line of Skinning Machines has Two Separate Skinning Units, with Two Additional Units Included.
The Skinning Units in the Machine Can be Replaced Within Five Minutes so That:
•Changes to the processing of different fish species, sizes and conditions can be responded to immediately.
•The skinning machine is always adjusted according to the raw material being processed.
