Description

Centralized washing system Multi-Pressure from 20 to 150 bar Reliability, efficiency, safety. The main features of FMT6 centralised variable pressure washing systems are their modularity with use of from one to six lances simultaneously, pressure adjustable from 20 to 150 bars, pump flow rate of 15, 12, 30 litres/minute and automation. The number of lances which can be used simultaneously is established during the design phase, then the system adjusts the flow rate to the number of lances actually in use at any moment, guaranteeing constant pressure at each washing point. Excess pumps are turned off automatically after about 10 seconds, with delayed total stop of the washing system itself when all the lances are closed. The control and pressure and flow regulation module is located at the top of the machine and the electrical panel is wall mounted in the most suitable location, even at some distance from the power modules. The electrical panel includes an ultra‐modern electronic device which automatically controls the entire centralised 2 to 6 pump module washing system, in particular the following functions: Control and display of the pressure set with electronic pressure switch and digital display; Control of the demand for pressurised water and automatic start up of the power modules; Control of inflow water temperature with digital display; Protection against simultaneous start up of the power modules; start up of the power modules is staggered by a few seconds to avoid current peaks on the electricity line; Statistical startup. The power module to start up is chosen at random to ensure uniform load distribution among the various modules.
