Automatic Washing System – Fillers and Belts – 10 Bar 100/150 lt/min mod. AWL 1-2-3 The automatic washing system for fillers and belts mod. AWL 1-2-3, medium pressure, ensures low noise, low wear, low running costs, and low aerosol production. It is a medium pressure system that allows you to perform, with a single work unit, all pre-wash, clean with multiple products, rinse and disinfection operations thanks to the automation provided on the machine managed by PLC and software if required, or the possibility of being able to integrate the system on plc and third-party software. The system, according to the model, delivers a pressure of 10bar and a flow rate that varies from 100 to 150 lt/min. It guarantees optimal results combined with low operating costs, and above all, improves the conditions of the working environment. It is equipped with devices for controlling incoming water, fluid temperature, and flow sensor, which allow total control of the system in the event of malfunctions. This type of system has been designed to be centralized, and therefore already foreseen for connection to a pipe, where the various controlled outputs will be created. Furthermore, it is possible to add washing accessories to the system with foam systems for manual washing on the machine, or to centralize the manual washing pipe away from the pumping unit.
