Description
PORTIONING OF MASSES DIRECTLY INTO CONTAINERS
The Cup Filling Line consists of a vacuum filling machine or a dough
portioner of the HPE series and a cup filling unit. The mass or dough is
fed to the cup filling unit and portioned into containers by means of a
filling flow divider and filling heads. A magnetic conveyor belt ensures
precise feeding of the containers to the filling heads. The filling heads
are lowered for portioning after sensors detect the containers. The
speed of the vacuum filling machine/dough portioner and the
conveyor belt are perfectly synchronized, which allows optimal
positioning of the mass/dough in the container.
