Application
Transport of dusty air.
Construction
Medium-pressure centrifugal fans with direct drive or belt drive.
MRB fans' impeller with backward curved straight blades, profiled, welded from steel sheet or aluminum sheet dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940.
Housing made of welded steel sheet. Fans come standard in LG 270 configuration. Fans in other configurations are available on customer's request.
Electric motor
Asynchronous 230 / 400V, 50 Hz three-phase motor or 230V,50 Hz single-phase motor with capacitor.
Motors are manufactured in compliance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standard, they have been awarded a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55.
Motors for other voltage and frequency, with an increased level of protection, adapted for voltage control or frequency inverter, provided with an independent cooling system with sensors (bimetallic or posistor), can be provided on customer's request.
