Description

Application Pneumatic conveying systems, printing machines, pneumatic transfer systems, pneumatic hoists, multi-step filtering devices providing a very high level of dust separation, industrial vacuum cleaners, aeration of sedimentation tanks in biological waste treatment plants, plating plants, etc. Construction A two-speed, side-channel, directly-driven fan designed for an oil-free conveying of non-aggressive and non-explosive gases or for generating positive and negative pressure. Housing of the fan, the rotor (dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940) and the casing of the noise suppressor are made of aluminum alloys. The fan is adapted for operating in a vertical position. On request the device could be supplied in any color from the RAL palette (RAL 7042 – grey is the standard color). Electric motor Asynchronous, three phase 400/660V or 50Hz. The motor is made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and has been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55. In a standard version, the motor is provided with winding temperature sensors.
