Downstream pipe work is protected from corrosion and wear is prevented by these Amando™ filters. These devices also protect connected equipment and machine components, and can handle flow rates measuring between 3.8 to 4.3m3 per hour. These protective filters offer continual flow even when backwashing. For removal of oxidants, dissolved sediments, and sand, the 100 μm filter is unmatched by any of its competitors. Reduced amounts of maintenance are needed for this device due to the fact that it has no consumables and also has a mechanical filter. Amando™ filters do not use a lot of water as the manual backwash on these devices occurs via a patented process. Due to the presence of GRP, brass, and stainless steel components, this device is highly resistant to corrosion. The HWS model has an integrated pressure reducer, which is adjustable between 1.5 to 6.0 bar, which keeps extreme water pressures from damaging downstream mechanisms.
