The Verderflex® Rapide R3S belongs to the “S” family. This range of industrial pumps are simple to operate and excel in heavy duty applications, where high viscosity mediums are being pumped. This peristaltic range of tube pumps offers compact footprint, making suitable for you to adopt into your working process. These are durable and reliable pumps to efficiently handle 24/7 applications. The Rapide offers the end-user low cost of ownership and maintenance. The head of rapid “S” pump has a quick latching tube to change the mechanism. It makes it possible to change the tube in a few seconds. The head of the pump is fixed with the 3 roller rotor and the 6 rollers are available to reduce the pulsation. The pumps tubing ranges from 4.8 mm to 9.6 mm in the internal diameter. There are 4 tube options available, these include Verderprene, Silicone, Tygon and Viton. It is commonly used with the Verderprene tubing that feature excellent mechanical properties according to the FDA requirement. Its weight is 16,5 kg and the power of the installed motor is 0.37 kW 50Hz / ½ HP 60Hz.
