The new Steptronic range is designed to operate as either a panel mounted or "stand alone" OEM cased unit. The Steptronic features an accurate, high resolution, integrated stepper drive which is suitable for continuous duty and critical "multi-cycle" OEM applications. The Verderflex Steptronic EZ Head pump is highly adaptable, operating at a flow rates of 0.1 to 1310 ml/min, with a class leading 4096:1 turn down ratio and speeds in excess of 250 RPM. Steptronic has multiple AC & DC input power options and can be controlled remotely by digital, analogue and HMI signals including 4-20mA and 0-10V. The Steptronic EZ head pump has a number of features including 3 roller design,fixed tube size clamps inserts, dual stackable/multiple pump head facility all with quick tube release functionality, allowing you to change your change tube in seconds. Steptronic has a wide range of accessories and options including IP66 rating, special casings, remote power packs, foot switches and the option for factory programmed custom configured speed, torque and ramp settings.
