Description

The patented non-stalling, lubrication-free air valve system of Versamatic’s 1" (25mm) bolted plastic air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump provides excellent chemical resistance for pump longevity and reliability. The 1” is available in multiple porting configurations for ease of installation and application flexibility. The rugged, leak-free construction of the 1" bolted plastic diaphragm pump has a flow rate of up to 43 gpm (163 lpm). Additionally, this AODD pump features: High chemical resistance Simple, low-cost maintenance Long-term reliability Extended-life diaphragms Multiple porting options The 1" bolted plastic AODD pumps with plastic center sections consist of polypropylene and PVDF. Featuring moderate tensile and flex strength, polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer that resists strong acids and alkali. PVDF is a durable fluoroplastic with excellent chemical resistance. High tensile strength and impact resistance make PVDF better suited for UV applications.
