Industrial dumpes is used for discharge or transfer of materials between containers. We manufacture and install turnkey dumpers chosing the necessary protections and safeguards for every situation. Technical data: • - Capacities from 100kg up to 20.000kg. • - Standard flip angle 125 °. • - Size of fork adapted to measures of the container to turn. • - Retention bar or equivalent system for the retention of the container to turn. • - Electrical panel with integrated control buttons in the same box. • - Electrohydraulic power pack. Variable power according to capacity. • - A primer grey RAL-7037. Optional: • - Side protections on deploye metal grid. • - Access door by the loading side. • - Photoelectric detection by the load side. • - Hopper to the discharge side. • - Cable with control pendant (length to be determined). • - Version with double acting cylinders for greater turning angle. • - Finished in RAL color to be chosen by customer.
