These wheel-mounted mobile vibrating sieves were originally designed for screening, transferring and removing iron from glaze but are also used for the separation of solids for many different kinds of slurries. Its compact size makes the machine perfect for direct use on the discharge lines.
The GRE version envisages the use of an electric iron-remover. The GRM and GRP trolley sieves envisage the use of Neodymium magnetic bars, which are very effective, light and easy to clean manually. The GRS sieve has a tank with re-launch pump which is used to screen the product returned from the belt scraper and from the “overflow” before putting it back in the service tank of the application unit.
