Description

The ViscoMT-XS hobbock emptying unit offers a modern solution for the emptying of containers. The use of eccentric screw pumps for the emptying of material offers the following advantages: - container sizes from approx. 5 l to 50 l - viscosities from approx. 80,000 to 2,000,000 mPas - very low shear stress of material - very low pressure load on material (max. 18 bar) - emptying of material with filler content - no backflow in the emptying pump - electrical control of pump with pressure regulation - valveless pump system - no material pressure reducers required due to electronic pressure setting - excellent emptying results (less than 1% residue) - electronic signal for „empty“ and „almost empty“ Application: - material emptying direct from original container, for example: silicones, adhesives, resins, grease, colour pastes, metal filled pastes (Cu and Ni solder pastes, Al and Ag pastes) - material feed to dispensers - direct dosing as pulsation free flow Necessary and optional components: - dispenser with drive for dosing - dosing control - hose line - set degassing plates (reduces deaeration losses when changing containers) - deaeration plate set Further designs: Versions with emptying pumps of other capacities (max. 3 l / min.) and follower plates to fit containers. Stator material is selected to comply with the material.
