The Type V Certified system is a Safety Net certified with European standard EN-1263-1 subject to a steel metal structure called a Gallows-type davit support.
This system is made up of:
- Safety net En 1263.1 type V M100, made of high tenacity polyamide or high tenacity polypropylene.
- Fork-type davit support: Structural steel element to support the safety net In 1263.1.
- Fork anchors: The fork-type davit supports are fixed to the edge of the concrete slab (concrete) using corrugated steel structures called “omegas”, with a diameter of 12 mm. or ½ inch figured in work.
- Net anchors: The V-type net is anchored to the edge of the slab using corrugated steel structures called “úes”, with a diameter of 6 mm or 3/8 inch, also included in the work.
- Tying Rope: certified according to standard En 1263.1 type G (tensile force >20 kN), to hoist the net and fix it on the fork-type davit.
- Joining rope: certified according to standard En 1263.1 type O (tensile strength >7.5 kN), to join the net panels together.
