Our ANSI Self Adhesive Flange Protectors are a round form of rubber discs manufactured from a high quality, durable Neoprene paired with a low tack adhesive. This ensures that no residue is left behind when removed from the flange. Commonly used inside Oil, Gas & Water Industries that regularly deal with pipe flanges, these Round Rubber Discs are a great cost effective solution for providing full face protection for all kinds of ANSI standard flanges from class 150-1500 and are resistant to high temperatures from -15°c up to 100°c alongside resistance to acids, alkalis, petrols, and oils. We stock ANSI Adhesive Flange Protectors in a range of sizes between 36mm and 1022mm, all manufactured from a 70 Shore Hardness Rubber.
