Our All Metal Lock Hex Nuts, also known as Inloc Nuts, are manufactured to DIN 980V and have a triangular indent which causes the top threads of the nut to be misaligned, which acts as a locking mechanism when fastened onto a male thread. The Metal Lock Nuts can be reused multiple times without the integrity of the locking mechanism being compromised which make them a great alternative to the Nylon Locking Standard.
Most commonly used in conjunction with Bolts and Machine Screws, these products are used to hold fasteners in place, joining two or more parts together. We also offer Nylon Lock Nuts
Our All Metal Lock Hex Nuts are available in A2 (Equivalant to 304) or A4 (Equivalent to 316 Marine Grade) Stainless Steel in metric sizes from M3 to M24. For our full selection of sizes and materials see the product table displayed below, or get in touch with a member of our staff.
