Our Liquid Tight Threaded Vent Plugs are manufactured from a Nylon 6/6 with an ultrasonically welded Acrylic Copolymer filter fitted internally, which provides both hydrophobic and oleophobic properties to keep your application contaminant free. Each Threaded Vent Plug also comes complete with an integral sealing ring to provide a liquid tight fitting, meeting IP 65, 67 & 68 ratings. Most commonly used to provide heat dissipation and to improve air flow, these can be fitted to any Metric, PG or NPT thread with excellent heat resistances from -40°C (-40°F) to 105°C (221°F). We stock these Liquid Tight Threaded Vent Plugs in a number of industry standard thread types and sizes including NPT 1/4 to 3/4, PG7 to 21 and M12 to M20. Each size features a hexagonal wrench adjustable head, with an approximate thickness of 5.3mm (actual thickness can vary) and multiple 2.4mm venting holes.
