Description

VLS Technologies' rotary vacuum filter is conceived and realized to filter a wide range of beverage products and food liquid, as wine, lees, musts, soft drinks, sugary syrups and many more. Standard version in stainless steel AISI304 on fixed legs. Self-supporting basin and stainless steel AISI304 blade for cake cutting. Drum with AISI316 filtering cloth. Separate cylindrical tank for filter aids pouring and precoat preparation. Feeding pump in stainless steel AISI304. Tank for filtrate receiving and extraction pump in stainless steel AISI304. Cast iron vacuum pump. Drum rotation system and blade advancement system with motor-variator. Butterfly valve, stainless steel and plastic pipes, stainless steel pipe with nozzles for drum washing. Control board in polyester reinforced with fibreglass self extinguish, IP65 protection. Voltage standard 400/3/50 Hz.
