Description

VLS' peristaltic pumps can transfer liquids also with high density and solid particles. Thanks to the combination with the related hopper, the machinery can pump crushed grapes. Standard version in AISI304 Stainless Steel with frame on wheels (2 swivel wheels with brake): Monobloc execution. Pump body in AISI304 Stainless Steel with internal tube in food grade rubber (EPDM) suitable for liquids or semi dense products. Variable speed by means of electronic inverter integrated in the control board. Electric control board completed with command for selection of pumping direction, main switch and emergency push button. Expansion vessel in AISI304 Stainless Steel, removable on DIN connection. Standard voltage 400/3/50 Hz. Accessories PRESSURE SWITCH Pressure switch can be used both as safety and for the automatic stop when filling barriques. HOPPER FOR MASH RECEIVING AISI 304 Stainless Steel loading hopper with motorized screw and independent gear-motorat fixed speed. System for quick removal of the hopper. Independent power socket for management of the hopper from the control board of the pump. Auxiliary support foot.
