Description

PRESS FOR DISASSEMBLY AND STIPPLING OF CARDAN SHAFTS P1515K It is designed to disassemble and assemble hinges, forks pressing and splined pairs into the cardan shaft pipe, remove and install the suspension bearing and sliding flange of the cardan shaft, stippling the crosses of the cardan shaft forks during repair and production. Thanks to the replaceable tooling, the press can be used to assemble and disassemble various units and parts, as well as for technological operations such as bending, piercing keys, installation of bearings, stamping, straightening. Control of hydraulic cylinder force and displacement is performed by means of dosing pump. By turning the wheel left or right, you can control movement and speed at the same time and very accurately. The force acting on the workpiece will also be proportional. When the wheel is released, the force on the workpiece also decreases to a minimum. Precise adjustment of the system operation parameters is achieved by means of a pressure control valve.
