Electrostatic Powder Coating Booths
Powder coating booths are enclosed systems where electrostatic powder coating is applied and recycled. Powder booths are designed in customized types depending on daily color changes, product quantities and dimensions, where raw material is CRS galvanized or stainless steel according to the project.
By recycling method, booths are named as cartridge filtered or cyclone type models.
In both systems, the electrostatic paint particles are moving into the powder booth to the direction of the air flow created by the suction fan and filtered in order to be re-used again. Powder coating can be recovered manually or automatically by additional systems.
Expectation from the powder coating booths is not to leak powder to the environment and to be ergonomic.
