Powder coating systems are designed analytically by our engineering department in order to provide efficient coating solutions with minimum operational costs. Customer and product based turn-key project design is provided to reach maximum output of the work pieces in powder coating with ergonomic and cost effective solutions. Powder coating lines are designed according to the work pieces to be coated by taking in consideration their daily/monthly quantities, their geometry, raw material, weight etc. All of these parameters are taken in consideration by us during the design of the powder coating booth and the powder coating oven, chosing the powder coating equipments and distributing them properly inside the powder coating booth in order to achieve the most efficient powder coating system. Powder coating lines can be manufactured as manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic system according to daily work piece quantities including chemical preparation and drying oven. Chemical pre-treatment lines can be designed even manual and fully automatic, connected to conveyorised system or independent of the powder coating line. Powder coating systems are CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.
