MONO CYCLONE TYPE POWDER COATING BOOTH WITH AFTER FILTER
The powder coating booth is manufactured modular from metal sheet panels and steel structure.
The extraction fan is placed inside after-filter unit in an insulated sheet metal cabined that maintains minimum level of noise. Air flow generated by the extraction fan brings the smallest powder particles here that are filtered in the after filter unit. Filters are cleaned timer controlled. Clean air is given back into the workshop area and there is no environmental pollution.
Pneumatic air knife system prevents powder coating collection at the powder booth basement during the operation.
Recycled powder coating is collected at the bottom side of the cyclone as a result of friction and gravitational force and regained at the powder center, sifted and given back to the powder coating system in order to be reused.
The powder booth provides fast and easy cleaning and quick color change during the powder coating operation. It is fully synchonized with the VM powder center as an additional option and PLC control panel.

CONTROL SYSTEM
The system is fully PLC controlled and consists of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC branded electrical switchgear panel elements. The interface of the program is easy to understand, simple operation of the facility during operation of the engines, sensors and switches with their fault locations. Remote connection module provides ease of service. The PLC panel controls the entire system via digital touch screen.
