Description

The Cartridge Filter Housings of the VM-series are especially developed for the use of Membrane- and Depth filter elements. According to the particular application are avail- able filter housings made of polypropylene,stainless steel 304 and stai nless steel 316. It can be used different filter elements in lengths of 10”,20”, 30" and 40" with varied porosity's, which results in a various field of applications. All types of polypropyl ene and stainless steel 304 housings have inside threads for the inlet and the outlet. The surfaces of both housings made of stainless steel 304 are polished on the outside and grinded on the inside. All housing types made of stainless steel 316 have standard Tri-Clamp- connections for the inlet and the outlet. The surfaces of these housings are mechanical polished on the inside and on the outside. All stainless steel housings 316 are steam sterilizeable and can be chemical disinfected. All housings made of stainless steel 304 and 316 are fitted out complete with ventilation and emptying valves.
