Semi automatic bagger with hopper weigher for higher capacities are often used when a maximum of flexibility with high power is required. Net weighing is independent of what is happening with the bag. Thus the weighing can be done while the container under the filling spout is being replaced. This increases capacity significantly since one works in parallel. The product is dosed into a weighing hopper until the target weight is reached. When the bag, box, pail etc. is ready for filling under the filling spout the floor flaps open and the product quickly falls into it through the discharge hopper. Weighers and dosing units are designed according to the products to be packaged and the containers. Different dosing systems can be used such as, augers, vibration chutes, belt dosing systems, dosing flaps etc. The filling spout is adapted to products and containers. Semi automatic hopper weighers can be combined and extended with bag closing units, conveying systems, bag turning units or bag lifting devices that increase the productivity of the operator. The machine properties are: Execution • hopper weither with pneumatically operated floor flaps • solid frame for erecting the weigher and for dosing, with maintenance platform, if requeired • discharge hopper with connection for fillin spout • filling spout with one-hand bag clamp, mechanical clamp (PMS) or blow-up clamp • weighing electronics calibratable according to EU-directive MID Options • machine parts in stainless steel • product guiding parts with special surfaces, i.e. teflon-coated or low in wear • vibrators for product guiding parts to reduce caking • defluidisation probes for products with high air retention
