Simple gross bagging machine for valve bags, suitable for free flowing products such as plastic granules, grain, pellets, pastilles. This simply designed bagging machine is available in an electronic design (VBAE/V) as well as in a pure mechanic design (VBA/V). Both can be calibrated according to EU directive MID 2004/22/EC. Dosing is done with a swivel flap, where you can chose coarse or fine dosing. The weighers are offered as a compact unit with a filling pipe adjustable to the size of the bag valve and with a height-adjustable bag chair. The filling spout the bag char are mounted on a frame so that the product can be weighed accurately during filling.
