Description

Fully automatic liquid filling machine with gear pump for pesticides, herbicides, sauces, chemicals, soaps, detergents etc.. On this line jerry cans and bottles are filled with an accuracy of +-0,5%. In the line shown as an example the bottles are not only closed with a screw cap fully automatically but are also induction heat sealed with a aluminium foil in the cap. At the end of the line the containers are turned and pushed onto a sorting table in a pattern to easy packing into cartons. The operator can use a vacuum lifter to put the containers into a carton which is closed automatically and labelled.
