The electronic tapping machine model VOLUMEC JT3000 has a tapping capacity of M3-M12. These have unique features like the unit has a working radius of 1900 mm 360 °, it also features an adjustable speed of 100 to 1000 rpm. The electric brushless motor operates at 220 v and rests on a triple balanced articulated arm system which is made from special aluminum with Standard multi direction head. It has low noise levels and the rotations speeds are variable. Low power is consumed with assured balance and fluidity of movement through the gas springs along with adjustable joints which are mounted on the ball bearings. The JOYTAP (JT) is a new electronic tapping machine series which is simple to use and allows the user the ability to thread with superior accuracy and speed even when being operated by a user with no experience. The quick change bush clutch allows fixing of tools to the engine.
