Spray system Gen IV™

VRC’s Gen IV™ High-Pressure Cold Spray System comes with our new 23kW applicator heater and dual powder feeders. The Gen IV has a functionally designed closed loop water chiller and water jacket for nozzle cooling. This system is perfect for laboratories, universities, research facilities and high production environments. It can operate on either air, Nitrogen and Helium, while using Nitrogen for the heat up and cool down periods. It has the ability for data recording of all process parameters at 1 Hz interval, recorded in simple .csv format. The User is able to operate the Gen IV™ easily with the HMI pendant for recipe selection and input.
