Description

FOR CONFIGURING AND TESTING THE TURBOCHARGER GUIDING BLADES GEOMETRY ALTERATON. The machine is designed to alter a turbocharger using an adjustable nozzle which allows to get back to factory values (with a vacuum valve / or electronic valve) Geometry 2000 is a test bench which is purposed for after repair works. This stand can adjust the geometry of turbochargers without the need to rotate the shaft either with vacuum, air and electronic control. A unique feature of Geometry 2000 is that it has the ability to check the N75 valve, which allows you to perform vehicle troubleshooting tasks. Also, the stand allows you to determine the state of the actuator spring, which makes it possible to better assess the condition of the turbocharger. Design features of the machine Turbine’s exhaust valve is installed on a magnetic or transition adapter. For turbines made of non-magnetic materials, it is possible to fasten them with clamps. The maximum turbine performance is adjusted by measuring the air flow (air suction) through the guide vanes with the fixed turbine rotor. The stand is equipped with a vacuum pump to create a flow of air through the turbine. Control of the turbine vacuum valve from the pneumatic system of the stand. Adjustment of the turbines with the electronic actuator takes place when connected to an external tester, for example VNTT-PRO DeltaTech. Rod stroke measurement with a digital indicator, and values display on the computer screen.
