FOR CRIMPING AND CORING OF CARDAN SHAFT TRUNNIONS FEATURES COMMON TO ALL MACHINES MECHANICAL SCREW PRESS PRK-2 is designed for assembly works and trunnion coring operations for repair and production of cardan shafts, as well as for other processes in which the pressing operation is present. Puncheon is installed and fixed in the housing on the faceplate of the vertical head of the press, corresponding to the yoke bearing diameter. A yoke with a trunnion is installed in such a way that the axis of the yoke hole (and the crosspiece) matches the axis of the puncheon. A lower stop is installed to support the trunnion. Pressing is performed by turning the headwheel of the press head clockwise. With the help of the press, it is possible to process cardan shafts and other products with parameters different from those presented above, if this does not interfere with comfortable work. The press is designed for work in repair shops, does not require special knowledge for operation and maintenance.
