RTM resin transfer molding unit DR100M0 series

This system is specifically designed to allow resin vacuum infusion molding and composite fiber vacuum forming. The system is composed of a welded sheet steel autoclave which is enhanced by an integrated vacuum seal, a transparent methacrylate lid which can be removed manually, and an oil-bath rotating vane pump for high vacuum. The machine is enhanced by a reducer which is for adjusting the required vacuum level, a vacuum gauge for a direct reading of the vacuum level, a three-way manually-controlled valve for pump vacuum interception, and an atmospheric pressure. A profile steel frame and a handle are also being utilized for assembling all the components that are mounted on wheels and for moving and placing the machine in place.
