Suction unit with siphon filter GASFS series

GASFS Series suction units with siphon filters are very similar to GAFS and GAFSES series except for their safety provisions. They contain the standard siphon filter, vacuum gauge for direct reading of vacuum level, and two sleeve valves for compressed air interception like the other suction units. However, they differ in the fact that they house two compressed air-operated multistage vacuum generators. The unit contains a Plexiglas container, in which the vacuum level is maintained at a preset level using a vacuum switch. When the plant vacuum level goes below the preset minimum value, the second generator is automatically put into action to support the first generator. This also happens when there is higher consumption or breakdown of the first generator, ensuring continuous operation of the plant. These units find application in vacuum cup clamping systems for gripping glass, marble, granite, and light alloys.
