This machine is specifically designed for processing frozen meat and permits carrying out three operations in rapid and rational sequence: pre-mixing, rough cutting and refining, considerably cutting down on production times and costs.
Constructed entirely in stainless steel with the mechanical elements completely separated from the grinding mouths and the pre-mixing tank. The grinding heads and screw elements are in special cast iron, passivated by means of "Kanigen" treatment. Stainless steel pre-mixer - capacity 1000 lt. or 1200 lt. in the 100 HP version.
