Completely automatic grinder with 500 Kg pre-mixer, stainless steel construction under U.S.D.A. regulations and transmission gear completely separated from the grinding head and the pre-mixing hopper.
- Characteristics of these meschine are:
- high grinding capacity, up to 6000 KGS per hour
- High cut precision which enables the production of any kind of salami from the thick ground to the very fine ground, as the Ungarlan, even with fresh or slightly refrigerated meat
- The independant regulation of the feeding speed enables to bring the proper amount of meat the grinding head, depending on the kind of processed product;
- The premixer with the reversing gear and with independant control on the two mixing shafts, which can work continuosly or with a timer allows always the obtimal mixing of fat and lean, depending on the kind of meat introduced into the premixer.
