Description

Gore offers a rugged, lightweight 110 GHz test assembly that optimizes the performance of test systems while reducing the total cost of test and ownership over time. Our assemblies provide reliable electrical performance with flexure and temperature in demanding environments. Designed for test applications that depend on accurate, repeatable measurements, W. L. Gore & Associates offers GORE® PHASEFLEX® Microwave/RF Test Assemblies, which provide excellent mechanical durability and electrical performance. Our RF cable assemblies not only feature a rugged construction that prolongs service life, but they also offer high phase and amplitude stability for high-density and modular test applications at an affordable price. To optimize the performance of the assembly even further, they can also be paired with Gore’s available connectors. A recent study showed that globally more than 75% of microwave/RF cable assemblies are replaced frequently due to damage during installation or operation. So, cable assemblies must be durable enough to withstand continuous movement, flexing, and exposure to environmental conditions while maintaining reliable electrical performance over time. Our portfolio of GORE PHASEFLEX Microwave/RF Test Assemblies includes an 110 GHz version that can be flexed, formed, or repositioned without damage while providing excellent stability with flexure and temperature. These rugged, lightweight assemblies provide reliable electrical and mechanical performance in demanding environments for long service life. When tested, our 110 GHz test assemblies maintain low VSWR and insertion loss.
