The SpeedPrep SDB 412/2 Small Diameter Beveler is a portable pipe end prep machine for 4” to 12” pipe (DN100 – 300) designed to face, bevel, counterbore and compound bevel 3.80” (96.5mm) I.D. through 12.75” (323.9mm) O.D. pipe, up to 1.125” (29mm) wall thickness. With the optional FF kit it can face flanges 4” I.D. (101.6mm) through 24” O.D. (609.6mm). The heavy duty yet compact design of the SDB 412 requires minimal operating clearances, and offers ease of handling, setup and operation. E.H. Wachs SDB 412/2 is ideal for machining of heavy wall pipe, thick wall tube, elbows and (with optional FF kit) facing of larger diameter flanges. Complete kit includes heavy duty 1.5 HP high torque air motor with speed control valve, standard new style mandrel, 8 sets of leg extensions, operating hand tools, manual and storage case.
