Pallet turn tables are used to make a transition between a roller or chain conveyor system by turning the line. They are designed for handling loads on a flat, resistant and rigid support, free of protruding elements at the bottom. They allow changes of direction to be made quickly and accurately, whether or not the position is modified with respect to the direction of advance. They consist of a self-supporting steel frame anchored to the ground. The drive geared motor and a second frame on which the transport system (rollers and/or chains) is fixed are located. Suitable for all types of pallets, semi-pallets, loads on trays or reels of a homogeneous type in terms of size, weight and shape, whether based on wood, plastic or aluminium. The base of the product to be transported must be flat, resistant and rigid, free of protruding elements at the bottom (nails, screws, staples, etc.). They provide security and total certainty of the situation of the product, as well as care of the product. Turntables are used in the production sector as well as in distribution and logistics. - Horizontal transport, on carriages and changes of level in elevators. - Transport of homogeneous materials. - Transport of shrink-wrapped or unstable loads. - Warehouse headers. - Pallet picking areas. This equipment is designed to carry out transfers at 90º, 180º, 270º and 360º, allowing the product handled not to lose its position and orientation with respect to the direction of advance.
