Description

Hydraulically driven lift tables with integrated roller or chain conveyor are universally applicable and combine an excellent price/performance ratio with a long service life and good performance. The production line lift table is designed as a ‘quasi-machine’ for a conveyor system integrated in an assembly line. It is suitable for the following tasks: - Picking up loads from a horizontal conveyor when the table is in a raised position. - Lifting or lowering loads to the end position. - Delivering to an elevator or conveyor. The upper frame of robust steel profile supports the loading platform. This is supplemented by the installation of a motorised roller or chain conveyor. The power supply required to lift the platform is provided by a hydraulic power pack connected to the scissor system cylinders by hydraulic hoses. The hydraulic power unit can be located next to the lift table or built into the undercarriage. These lift tables are made to measure according to customer specifications. As far as the finish is concerned, it can be lacquered, galvanised or stainless steel; as far as the transmission is concerned, they can be equipped with a high-performance hydraulic unit or a chain mast with a geared motor; we can also offer this equipment adapted for use at extreme temperatures, for example, in cold stores at -30º C. Of course, our lift tables meet all safety requirements for lift tables in accordance with DIN EN 1570.
