Conveyors are an important part of any internal transport system that handles goods. Such a system may also include packing tables, tilting tables, lift tables and turntables. The conveyor system is usually part of a packaging or handling line that starts with case erecting and ends with pallet wrapping. The motorised roller conveyors for pallets are suitable for transporting goods on a flat, strong and rigid support, free of protruding elements at the bottom. They travel at high speeds, with frequent accelerations and stops, at a controlled speed. The frame consists of two high quality extruded aluminium profiles (also available in steel or stainless steel). It is supported by steel support feet. The rollers are anchored directly to the frame's perfiles. One of them is prepared to house the idler and tensioning sprockets, and the drive chain runs inside it by means of two anti-friction plastic guides.
