The pallet stackers and destackers are designed for the formation and storage of stacks of empty pallets (stacker) and/or single dosing of empty pallets to the installation (destacker). Suitable and adaptable for all types of pallets (wood, plastic or aluminium). They have a self-supporting structure, formed by two structural tube columns with a base of tubular beams and fixing plates. The columns, in the upper part, support the lifting motor shaft, with an openwork geared motor. They serve as guides for the lifting trolley, built in laminated steel and sheet metal, forming a rigid frame. On this frame is mounted the mobile system of nails for gripping the pallet before lifting / lowering it. The lifting system is made up of two simple chains, anchored to the top and bottom of the banner, passing through the motor sprockets.
