Coil transport shuttles Our rail-mounted transport shuttles are a robust, highly reliable and durable solution with the most advanced and modern technology to meet any need for transporting and lifting heavy loads. Manufactured with high quality materials, they can be powered by batteries, cable reel, induction system or Vahle electrified line. Equipped with a drive shaft and a steering shaft, with different SEW motors, standard speeds ranging from 10 m/min to 30 m/min can be achieved, controlled by an inverter. With regard to vertical movement, we apply our experience in lifting systems, which allows us to raise or lower the load to the desired height, between critical ranges. Our shuttles are equipped with all the safety elements required for each project require; from passive safety, by means of physical stops, bumpers, etc., to active safety, with the latest models of optoelectronic sensors from Sick or Leuze.
