Application
Surface preparation
Ensure the void to be filled is clean, dry (slight damp is acceptable) and sound.
Priming
A primer is not required when the product is used to fill rough holes or cracks. We recommend Watco Tack Coat primer if using Watco Concrex Asphalt Repair over smooth substrates.
Mixing
Mixing is easier on a board, but it can be done in the plastic container provided. Empty the contents of the smaller Curing Agent tin into the larger Resin tin and mix thoroughly using a palette knife or similar wide bladed tool. Immediately empty the mixed components onto the granite aggregate. Mix using a trowel to achieve a loose textured black compound. Ensure that the dry aggregate is thoroughly coated. The mixed product has a working life of appoximately 30 minutes at 10-20C°, less at higher temperatures.
