The Watercut XS mechanic moves the waterjet and the tray independently. This allows the product to suffer minimal accelerations, what makes cutting chocolate decorations faster and more precise than ever. The hydraulic intensifier let the ON/OFF valve open and close extremely fast. The machine can work up to 3500 bar with a 0.20 mm nozzle diameter, what makes cutting easily frozen cakes.
A NEW CONCEPT
FOUR WORKING MODES
SMOOTH mode: The tray moves smoothly while the jet takes most of the accelerations. Perfect to cut a 60 x 40 cm tray full of light products like a chocolate layer.
FAST mode: Tray and water jet movements are combined at top speed, what makes the fastest cut.
FIXED mode: While the tray is fixed, the water jet moves in an area of 30 x 40 cm. Top precision.
XY mode: This is a mode in which the tray moves in one direction and the water jet moves only in a line perpendicular to the movement of the tray.

UNMATCHED DESIGN
The hydraulic intensifier can set the water pressure from 1500 to 3500 bar. Besides, we can use from 0.12 to 0.20 nozzle diameters. This allows you to have the biggest cutting power range that can let you cut from very delicate to very hard products. Besides, the ON/OFF valve opens and closes extremely quickly, making the total cutting time very reduced.
The Watercut XS can go through 80 cm doors and is NSF certified for America. It works with a silent pump, it is a very quiet machine. It can be placed next to walls, as the maintenance is made just from the front side of the machine. In few minutes can be cleaned.
