Description

The PF22 is an extremely flexible and reliable tabletop peristaltic filling machine. The peristaltic filling principle delivers the widely recognized advantages of accurate filling, guarantee against contamination and ease of cleaning. Changing the fluid path can be achieved in less than one minute. The closed fluid path removes the risk of cross-contamination, making the PF22 ideal for contract filling, filling of agar, filling for clinical trials or a production environment where many types of liquids need to be filled in various batch sizes. The PF22 is designed with the operator in mind. It has large keys and an intuitive menu to make setting—or loading of filling parameters—a simple operation, even for operators wearing gloves, or if the unit is behind a glass panel. The adjustable fill speed and acceleration feature prevents splashing and foaming during filling. Dripping at the end of the fill is prevented using a back-suction function. The PF22 can be used as a stand-alone unit for manual filling, or with an automatic bottle handling system for larger batch production to increase productivity. Features and benefits Fill volumes from 5 ml to more than 5000 ml with +/- 0.5 % accuracy Changing the fluid path can be achieved in less than one minute Consistent filling accuracy prevents costly overfilling No foaming, splashing or dripping between fills No cross-contamination
